The "Tough Phone" was developed for public and industrial areas requiring a virtually

indestructible telephone. Each "Tough Phone" is housed in a 1/4 in. thick, sand-cast

aluminum enclosure, coated with an exterior polyurethane finish. Standard

equipment includes a spring return door, 15 in. lanyard armored cord resistant up to

800 lb. of pull strength, chrome-plated keypad and proximity hookswitch. The Model

233-001 tamper-resistant screwdriver is required for installation.

The GAI-Tronics Clean Phone unit's hands-free operations are ideal for clean rooms

and other sterile environments. The advanced software makes this phone

sophisticated enough to handle complex operations while maintaining ease of use.

Visual graphics are printed on the reverse side of the overlay to prevent particulate

shedding and ensuring longevity. The Clean Phone is ideal for semiconductor

facilities, pharmaceutical plants and hospitals. The Model 40411-004 power supply

(sold separately) is required for installation.
